Terms & Conditions Please take the time to read the terms and conditions applied to the sale of goods by RA Swimfashion through it is website shop.swimfashion.com.au.

1. By submitting an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. You will have read and understood the privacy policy.
3. You will have read and understood the disclaimer.
4. When you submit an order to RA Swimfashion over the Internet you are offering to purchase from RA Swimfashion those items set out in your order. Payment details (though not necesarily payment) must be provided at the time of submission. No goods will be delivered without fully payment being received. Delivery time 3-10 working days.
5. RA Swimfashion reserves the right to cancel orders it believes are fraudulent.
6. Amendments to orders can be made by RA Swimfashion with the express permission of the customer. Submission by email and telephone is considered to be a valid form of communication for this authorisation.
7. All products sold on this website are inclusive of GST and all other taxes where appropriate.
8. RA Swimfashion reserves the right to adjust prices at any time and without prior notice before any order has been submitted.
9. RA Swimfashion reserves the right to discontinue products at any time and without prior notice. Where a product becomes unavailable after acceptance of your order, RA Swimfashion will contact the customer and offer an alternative and/or remove that item from the order.
10. To the extent permitted by law, RA Swimfashion expressly disclaims all warranties whether expressed or implied including warranties in relation to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by RA Swimfashion in no way affects the terms of any manufacturers warranty, express or implied.
11. RA Swimfashion disclaims any and all liability for any failure to deliver any products within our anticipated delivery times. Despatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. RA Swimfashion can only accept responsibilty for non-delivery of goods where a delivery option requires a signature from the recipient.
12. Where products are unsuitable due to change of mind,RA Swimfashion will replace or refund the item excluding any related postal charges and excluding the return of the item to RA Swimfashion providing all garment are in "as new" condition. Removal of any garment labels is deemed acceptance of the goods.
13. Where products are unsuitable RA Swimfashion will replace or refund the item including any related postal charges but excluding the return of the item to RA Swimfashion providing all garment are present and attached. Romoval of any garment labels is deemed acceptance of the goods.
14. Faulty goods will be replaced or a refund given including any related postal charges.
15. All returns are accepted within 10 working days
16. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
17. We do not sell separatelly pants and bra.

Customs and Duty Please note that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.

• Rinse well in cool water, separately after each use
• Drip dry out of direct sunlight
• Avoid rough surfaces
• Suntan lotions can damage the swimsuit fabric
• It is highly recommended you do not wear your new swimsuit in spas.
• Some pale colours can be transparent when they are wet.
• Do not iron
• Do not put in dryer
